No audio when I plug or unplug my headphones

Hello,

I have a really annoying problem when working in Premiere. I'm using version CC 2017 on Windows 10.

If I connect or disconnect my headphones while premiere is open, the sound suddenly stops playing. I can hear system sounds when I change the volume and sounds from other programs like Chrome, but Premiere gives me nothing.

Turning the program off and on solves the issue but it's a waste of time, especially when I want to test how something sounds from both speakers and headphones.

Does anyone else experience this issue?

Any idea?
